Michael Reich used to be a dog groomer to the stars and currently lives in East Hollywood. He has directed/shot music videos for My Chemical Romance, The Shins, Bad Religion and Ryan Adams. He also made several award-winning short films that played at festivals all over the world including SXSW, Tribeca, Sydney, Cinequest and Fantasia. He works regularly with clients such as Amazon, JJILL, The Dorchester Collection and City National Bank.

Michael's first feature film, She's Allergic To Cats received rave reviews from the Hollywood Reporter, who called it a “strange movie that some lucky weirdos will likely watch many times over.” It currently has an 85% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and was listed on the site’s top ten streaming list for three weeks straight. The film was funded solely with savings accumulated from working as a body double for one of the Daft Punk robots (he's the gold one). He has been their robot body double since 2005 when he starred in their feature film Electroma which premiered at Cannes and was underneath the helmet up until their recent breakup in 2021.
